This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit and/or submit forms via smarterhcpartners.com (the “Site”). If you engage with a staffing specialist or fill out an application, you may be asked for, as appropriate, your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other information as needed by any job application. We will collect personally identifiable information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. You can always refuse to supply personally identifiable information, except that it may prevent you from engaging in certain recruitment related activities.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and User Information.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the User Information that we collect generally to process applications placed through the Site (including inputting you into our database).
Additionally, we use this User Information to:
